Dancing in the Living Room, at Walmart ..... and other musings of the Perez Family

The layout on Design by Diana this week was a very straight forward block of pictures with a large journaling block. However I couldn't leave well enough alone so I added a cluster of embellies and some gem and stickle circles. I am very happy with how this came out - I used the last pieces of the February Life Preserver kit with Fancy Pants papers and random embellishments from my stash. Journaling is about how as a family we dance - Priscilla more than anyone else - she has been known to bust a move in every public place I take her. She can't keep still if she hears music. Amory, Victor, and I are bit more restrained - we keep it to the living room, the garage, or parties.Enjoy!!!
Hope You Dance

And a close up the embellie cluster:

Now back in this post I promised you pics of Victor and I on a huge inflatable slide - well here they are! (You might want to put down whatever you are drinking or eating because you have the possibility of choking from laughing too hard!)
Getting on to the slide and positioned to slide down it was a joke in itself

Went really well this time - down the slide in one piece - we didn't break any of our old people bones!

So we decided to try it again and got into some positions I think might be illegal in two or three states!

Now that I've given you the giggles I hope I am going to feel my freedom to show you some pics from the Fourth of July picnic at church.

Red, White, Blued and Tattooed

And the stars in my eyes can be blamed on this guy!

Thanks for playing this week! I am glad you added embellies! I leave the sketches simple enough so that everyone can still make it their own--great job!!! And that water slide is too funny! Big smiles!!

OMGoodness!! That last picture of the two of you on the slide is hilarious!! Although, I am pretty sure I would have landed somewhat similar, or worse!
