Type A Personality Rears its Ugly Head!

As I thought of the title for the post I became curious as to exactly what a type A personality is and if I actually had those traits. I think I do - I obsess over small things, get frustrated if everything on the to do list is not, impatient. So I found a test here and these were my results:

You seem to be in the middle between the Type A and Type B personality. In this case, the middle ground is good. Your attitude to life is more of the "smell the roses" kind and you know how and when to relax. Nonetheless, you realize that picking up a challenge and competing a little bit for your place in the sun can add some spice to your life. The equilibrium is important, so don't let your hostile, aggressive, and competitive alter ego take over too often. Generally, you are easy to be around, and people tend to feel relaxed and comfortable in your presence. Yours is a very healthy attitude towards life.

Take the test yourself tell me what your results are! Are you Type A or Type B or middle of the road like me?
So why all of this type A obsessiveness, you may ask. You're probably not asking (if so skip the next few lines) but if you are here is where my obsessive nature comes into play. When I try and try to take pictures of my layouts and it never comes out just right. I will keep at it but it drives me nuts that the colors aren't quite right, aren't quite focused, etc.
The following two layouts have been photographed in different places, lights, angles and these are the best I could come up with. Much better than what I had previously.
First there is a new color combo at SPCC! It is a happy bright color pallette that was perfect for picking me up out my winter doldrums. I used the last sketch from 52 Weeks 52 Sketches which was enough to send me back to the doldrums that Julie's fabulous sketch challenge site will be no more. I plan to follow her personal blog so I can keep tabs as to where her sketches are.

And was perfect for doing a layout about my daughter Priscilla meeting Jennette McCready aka Sam Puckett on iCarly. If you have a tween you know this show is all that and sliced bread right now so it was a huge deal for Priscilla to meet her, talk to her (although Priscilla was rendered speechless), and generally spend a good two or three minutes with her.

Sam I Am

The next LO is one I did using this week's Sketchy Thursday sketch. And this is also where the type a personality comes back into play. You see there is an awesome holiday crop going on My Sketch World (see more details below) to scrap our Christmas pictures. The problem is I CANNOT scrap out of order. I tried but knowing that I still had two more halloween layouts to do I could not concentrate on Christmas. So I will finish fall and Halloween so I can get on to that fun crop. Okay the LO -

Next House - about Trick or Treating with Amory. As soon as she figured out more houses = more candy she would yell "next house" as soon as the candy hit her pumpkin. And this poor guy dressed as Willy Wonka was just trying to get in his car to leave for a costume party when we ambushed him to take a picture.

Last but not least the My Sketch World Holiday Rewind Crop. So many fun challenges, so much inspiration and great team of leaders (Lucy and her DT rock) make these super fun crops. So join us - you are totally missing out if you don't!

Have a Blessed Day!

I saw you took this test and I thought it looked interesting so I tried. My result was a type B. It was a neat test.

Thanks for answering me. Glad to see someone else is using plates and cups. Thank you for helping me out. It is a fabulous idea and I love your work. Oh, and I don't mind reading novels...they are also a fav, anytime you can write one to me...:).

Have an amazing day!!!
