A Homemade Holiday

Happy Holidays!
I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off - you too huh? So much to do and so little time! I wanted to share with you the color combo from SPCC, all the gifts I made for various people (okay most of them!), and a slide show hopefully! My tech savvy skills might not cooperate!
First Color Combo # 28 -

I used the Pink Paislee Fetching line which had this color combo in it and the current sketch from My Sketch World for a layout about our pumpkin carving session.

Things To Do: Grab Some Goo

Please join us over at SPCC to complete a project for this color combo for a chance to win a pack of Copic Sketch markers from iCopic.com.

Also over at My Sketch World there is a "Say Cheese" Challenge going on. We have been given a list of pictures to take and I think this is terrific because now I am sure to get all the important shots! Now I have created a slide show as a glimpse into our Christmaswith a few of the pics on the list. Enjoy!

And last but not least I have been creating homemade gifts for all of those teachers and friends that are so special and do so much that there is no way to thank them enough. Creating something with my own two hands and my childrens' hands is my way of giving back.

The BOX! Everything is in here! Some finished, some need to be finished, the rest needs final touches!

Three box/gift bags for my bestest friends filled with all the things to bake and decorate a batch of cookies. I cut up the Cosmo Cricket's Jolly By Golly Borders paper and made boxes using this tutorial on this blog post --> http://sasprojecttuesday.blogspot.com/2009/12/gift-bag.html
I made tea bag holders using scrips and scraps, bits and pieces, and tea pot dimenssional stickers from Micheal's dollar section. I used the tutorial on this post --> http://sasprojecttuesday.blogspot.com/search/label/Tea%20Bag%20Holder

Thank You for stopping by today! Have a blessed day!

Your layout for SPCC is gob smacking. I have just bought an album to launch into the world of scrapbooking. I will have to come back for more inspiration.
