Happy Monday!

Hello everyone! Its Monday again which means grocery shopping and a make n take at my LSS. We made a large tag (for a title probably) with pink paislees fetching line - so pretty. And grocery shopping is one of my favorite things to do and I am not being sarcastic! I love to chase the deals, use the coupons, and get the most for my money that I can. For example at Randall's I bought three lbs of hamburger meat (three dinners), porkchops (four dinners) and slice cheese for lunch, and one bag of meatballs (two dinners) - guess what I spent?!?!? $23.00 and some change! Coupons and shopping the sales I tell ya!

The girls are good - Priscilla went to water day at Grandma's church and had a super fun time sliding down the huge slide and eating SEVEN pieces of pizza. They must think I never feed her! And Amory is well to put it nicely nuts. For being three she is so very clever. She was running through the house screaming like a banshee and I told her to be quiet and save the screams for later. All was quiet for two minutes and she came to me with a cup over her mouth and then screamed into the cup. I asked her what that was all about and she said she was putting her scream in a cup for later. Yep she is a mess! I have a picture of her screaming in a cup -

Some layouts I've been working on:

I have found 52 Sketches ... 52 Weeks and I am loving it! Julie's sketches make a layout come together so easily. Between pagemaps and 52 Sketches I don't have to think - I just get to create! Anyhoo here is one I made using sketch seven from Feb. 15 - "Daddy's Angels". If I ever complain about these children of my husband's he'll always come back with "Not my perfect angels" - apparently he has never met our children! :) I used all differnet manufacturer's on this one in attempts to use up my stash. Basic Grey, October Afternoon, and Paper Studio papers, Fancy Pants buttons, Maya Road chipboard hearts and angel wings (which I covered with little feathers and glitter - a disaster if there ever was one!), and Girl Friday border strip cut up for the "journaling".

Another one I did was "Sisters" created for a sketch challenge at Life Preservers. The first five in the gallery were the winners of the first round of the Ready, Set, Slow contest. I completed this layout in 43 minutes - a record for me!

And the second layout of Amory's adventure at Froberg's Farm picking strawberries. "Lucky me to have you" is just Amory and her bff Jordan enjoying those yummy strawberries.
