Well I have some terrific news that I am SO excited to share!
1st: I have been hired by JoAnn's to teach scrapbooking classes! Maren, who is in charge of classes, loved my work and hired me almost on the spot. WOOHOO! I'll be only working in the evenings so at least I can get out of the house but still allow me to stay home with Amory which is my number one priority. The getting out of the house should help my cuckoo level go down!
2nd: Remember my advent calendar? The one from the last post? Yeah that one! Well it got this recognition from Life Preservers.

There were so many wonderful layouts posted in the gallery the past week due to the crop and it was hard to pick just one - they all deserved to get some sort of recognition!! Give yourselves a hand, you've really inspired me this week!!There was one project however that really gave me 'project mojo' and that was PEREZMOM (Kristin)'s Advent box.I would really love to make one of these for next year!! What a great idea to use up scraps and house a little treat for the kids counting down till Christmas!! Beautiful job Kristin!! Thank you for sharing with us.
Okay thats it for today I must finish the shadowboxes for my customer! Oh yeah and do the laundry, dishes, vacuuming, ......!
