Good evening ladies! This is my last Hop to It assignment for Apron Strings - #12! All of them are done - I failed at the Hometown assignment. I might return to that someday - it is important to remember how our part of the world looks right now - everything changes in the blink of an eye!
Now on to my layout. I used a sketch Lori posted and a make and take I did at my favorite LSS. We scrunched up brillo pads, put them in a ziploc bag with alcohol ink, and scrunched it around. It made it a very pretty copper color - although that is hard to see in my layout. We layered a birdy in a cage on top and voila the perfect accent for this page! That good lookin man is my hubby Victor and that of course is Priscilla. These two are inseperable(spelling???) - sharing the same likes and dislikes, the same sense of humor, the same ability to drive me crazy. They are truly best friends and I hope as we enter the tween and teen years that will stay the same.
