A walk down....

A Walk Down Memory Lane has a featured manufacturer every month and this month it is Pink Paislee. On their blog they are hosting a contest to win some Pink Paislee goodies. For the contest you had to create a layout using 75% Pink Paislee Product. I used the Twilight Collection and a Lucy Chesna sketch from My Sketch World - Sketch 32 to scrap Amory's obsession with Nerds candy.

Eat Nerds

And some close ups too!
I cut the white journaling spots from the black postcard and a saying from the Bad Blood postcard.

I altered the canvas tags by covering the word crow with the top of another canvas tag and applying the word nerds. And just because the crow looked a bit too serious a google eye!

By using part of the rub on Beware (did not use the cat) I applied my own kind of mother warning! Beware of Hyper Child! And I only used the date part of another rub on - not the whole thing!Supplies used: Cardstock: Bazzill Canvas Tags: Pink Paislee Patches Patterned Paper: Pink Paislee Orange Dot - Eclipse, Green Die Cut - Horizon Journaling Strips: Pink Paislee Postcards Black Flowers and Letters N,R,D : Pink Paislee Expressions Glitter Alphabets - Licorice Letters e,s and orange circle: Bo Bunny Beware and 10/31 Rub On : Pink Paislee Press Ons Letter Stickers: Making Memories Pom Pom Trim, Gems, Google Eye, Thread for Machine Stitching: Misc

And another challenge at the A Walk Down Memory Lane Design Team Blog is a color challenge. The colors were black, turquoise, rust orange and green. I made a card using some Pink Paislee Fetching Chipboard Elements, some scraps, Doodlebug letter stickers, a rub on with aqua stickles and an epoxy sticker.

And speaking of color challenges last but not least this is my first SPPC Color Combo that I will be featured on the site as a brand new diva! Be sure to stop by the site - there is always an awesome prize and inspiration! The color combo was perfect for a start - Three favorite colors of me and my girls! I created a layout to showcase the first pictures I took with my brand new Canon Rebel (my Christmas, birthday, Easter, whatever other holiday is there present).
I've got the shutter bug
Thank you for coming by my long post today! I have just marked three things off my to do list. Only a page and a half to go - hahahaha :)!

Have a blessed day,
